Acquisition of Exchange Property for Transaction No. 11

We represented Grosvenor in the acquisition of exchange replacement properties for the sale of the Valley River Center. The exchange properties included 1944 Union Street, San Francisco (Perry’s site); Westgate West Shopping Center, San Jose; Los Gatos Village Square, a neighborhood shopping center; and 830 North Michigan retail center, Chicago, Illinois. We prepared and negotiated the purchase and sale agreements, oversaw property due diligence, and managed the closings.
