Paul M. LaMartina

Paul’s practice has focused exclusively on estate planning, trust, and probate administration since his time as a law student at Santa Clara University.  Paul works with clients of diverse backgrounds to create tailored and comprehensive estate plans for estates of all sizes.  He also guides individuals through probate and trust administrations to ensure they discharge their fiduciary liability effectively while working to minimize beneficiary disputes.
