A native of San Francisco, Mara M. Erlach specializes in estate planning for clients of all backgrounds as well as estate and trust administration. Her estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable life insurance trusts, as well as the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns. Her trust and estate administration practice includes advising trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in all aspects of probate and trust administration.

Noteworthy:

Mara was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2013 for her primary area of practice in Estate Planning and Probate.
