A founding partner of Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, Joe is a transactional attorney with more than thirty years of tax, securities, business, and corporate law experience. In particular, he has an extensive background in all facets of federal income tax law and has worked extensively with partnerships, REITs, LLCs, and closely held businesses.
Highly experienced in California and federal securities law, Joe has advised clients on public and private primary and secondary offerings and investment advisor regulatory matters; he also has negotiated corporate mergers and acquisitions and advised clients in structuring and offering interests in funds investing in securities, equipment and real estate.
Joe served as a Chair of the Partnerships and Unincorporated Business Organizations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar, and was involved in drafting California’s Revised Limited Partnership Act and its Limited Liability Company Act. He has been a frequent speaker at programs sponsored by local and national organizations.
