Adam counsels and represents publicly and privately held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and individuals in a variety of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions; public offerings; private placements of debt and equity securities; mergers; and corporate, partnership, and LLC formations. He also counsels clients regarding the negotiation and interpretation of commercial contracts, executive and employee compensation, and securities law compliance.
