Sale of Valley River Center, Eugene, Oregon

We represented the sellers, Grosvenor and BBC, in the sale of this 1,000,000+ square foot regional shopping mall in Eugene, Oregon to Macerich. The sale was structured as an IRC §1031 exchange.
