Equity Office Properties Trust

On behalf of EOP, we acted as its counsel in the disposition of 25 suburban office properties in Northern California for $500 million to a joint venture of RREEF Funds and CalPERS. The transaction was completed in two phases. The second phase included EOP’s acquisition, by an IRC §1031 exchange, of two shopping center properties located in Orange County.
