Jeff practices commercial, corporate, and securities law as a partner with the firm. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including secured loan transactions, venture financings, asset acquisitions, securities law compliance, and the formation of business entities.
Jeff has focused his practice on the representation of lenders or other creditors in commercial loan transactions, debt restructurings, and transactions involving Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He has represented major financial institutions and venture lenders acting as agents or lenders in connection with senior or subordinated secured credit facilities in the structuring and documentation of new transactions, the restructuring of existing transactions and the enforcement of their rights. Jeff has also represented borrowers in the same types of transactions.
