Scott practices trusts and estates law as an associate with Greene Radovsky. His estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and irrevocable life insurance trusts. He also handles the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns, and audits of estate and gift tax returns. Scott’s trust and decedent’s estate administration practice includes representation of trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust administration and probate, including fiduciary accountings, breach of fiduciary duty, and modification, termination, and interpretation of irrevocable trusts. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was an associate with Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP.
