Eric is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial leasing; real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development; and real estate lending. His experience includes representing commercial landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of retail and office leases and lease modifications; representing commercial real estate investors and developers in a variety of contexts, including the acquisition, disposition and management of commercial real estate; and representing lenders and borrowers in connection with the origination and modification of real estate term and construction loans.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate with Dechert LLP, where he represented financial institutions, including life companies, CMBS lenders, CMBS master servicers, and private equity firms, in connection with the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, and in connection with post-origination matters including loan assumptions, equity transfers, loan modifications and extensions, workouts, and loan sales.
