Christina Gallagher Nelson

Christina Gallagher Nelson’s practice is divided between trust administration and fiduciary liability, probate administration and estate planning, and real estate sales, acquisitions, development, leasing, tax-deferred exchanges, and complex real estate portfolio management.

In the trusts/estates area she represents both individuals and trust departments of large and small financial institutions involved in trust and estates administration or who are serving as trustees of private trusts, in all aspects of trust administration, management of assets, and accounting issues. Ms Gallagher Nelson also develops and implements estate plans for individuals.

In the real estate area, she has worked extensively with developers, as well as individuals, corporations, and professional trustees of real estate portfolios in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, management, development, and leasing of real estate, and in the ongoing management of complex real estate portfolios with special emphasis on fiduciary duties and liability issues.

Ms. Gallagher Nelson is a member of the American, California, and San Francisco Bar Associations. She is a liaison representative and active member of the USF Law Assembly and previously has served on the Board of Governors of the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is also a Director for the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation and for the Open to Hope Foundation.
