We represented Lawrence M. Cushman in his acquisition of 500 Montgomery Street, 520 Montgomery Street, 417 Montgomery Street and 451 Montgomery Street from The Lurie Company. The 417 and 451 Montgomery properties were the subject of a reverse exchange. Mark Hennigh headed up our transaction team, assisted by Jennifer DeMarco (associate, real estate).
