Val is an associate with the firm and his practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administrations as well as general tax advise. His experience includes sophisticated transfer strategies for high net worth individuals, including split-interest trust and defective trust planning, working in estate plans with extensive generation skipping tax planning and complex disposition structure and managing various aspects of trust administrations. Prior to joining the firm, Val was an associate with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
