Rebecca practices estate planning and real estate law as an associate with the firm. Her experience with estate planning includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and inter-family business and real estate transfers. She also has experience with all aspects of trust administration, ranging from management of trust assets to fiduciary liability issues. Her real estate experience includes leasing, tax-deferred exchanges, sales and acquisitions.
