Tessy Paikeday Le Duc practices corporate finance and securities law. Her experience includes private equity and venture capital financings, equity and debt securities transactions, business formation, corporate governance and compliance and general business counseling. Ms. Le Duc has handled a broad range of business transactions, including private placements, registered offerings, mergers, asset sales, secured loan transactions and other commercial loan transactions. She has been counsel to companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and oil and gas industries.
