Davia has specialized in real estate, with a focus on retail and primarily shopping center-related transactions, for over 15 years. She represents the owners of several regional, power, and strip shopping malls, as well as office/retail combination building owners. Among the properties she represents are Northbrook Court (Northbrook, Illinois), The Four Forty-Four Plaza (Los Angeles, California), and Mervyn’s Plaza (Redwood City, California). In addition, Davia represented the owner of the shopping center in bringing Marshall Field to Northbrook Court in place of J.C. Penney, and the owner of 240 Post Street (formerly Gumps) in connection with the lease of the entire building to Ann Taylor.
