Greene Radovsky is a comparatively young firm of almost 30 lawyers devoted to assisting clients in their commercial and personal transactions. It’s our business to advance our clients’ deals while offering practical advice and building consensus among all parties. Although we’re individually described primarily as real estate, tax, commercial, or corporate lawyers, we all provide multidisciplinary counsel, since most transactions involve complex issues in several areas of law.
Consistent with our deal-making approach to practicing law, we do not litigate. When required, we provide our clients with independent recommendations for appropriate counsel.
